About our festival
For over 10 years, the 2nd Cuddington Scout Group has hosted the Cuddington Beer Festival. Run entirely by volunteers, this event continues to grow year on year, proving that every pint poured makes a tangible difference to our community.
When you join us, you aren’t just enjoying a great day out—you are building skills for life. The funds raised do far more than just “keep the lights on”; they create opportunities and remove barriers for hundreds of young people.
Your support directly funds:
Adventures & Expeditions
We provide high-quality tents and kit for camps and Duke of Edinburgh expeditions, ensuring our Scouts can explore the outdoors safely and confidently.
Affordability & Inclusion
By keeping our annual subscriptions low and providing hardship support, we ensure Scouting remains accessible to every family, regardless of financial pressure.
Transport & Accessibility
Transport & Accessibility: We maintain our minibuses and trailers, keeping activity costs down so over 125 young people can get out camping, hiking, and exploring.
Better Facilities
From sound-reducing panels for a more inclusive HQ to new IT equipment and community-accessible defibrillators, we invest in a space that serves everyone.

Beyond the equipment, your support helps us train leaders, provide first aid qualifications, and expand Scouting locally. When you raise a glass at our festival, you are helping us build resilience, friendships, and a brighter future for the next generation.
